Shoppers Leaving Products Outside of Shelves

  • Shoppers should be informed that to properly put back the product, it should be left on the place of its origin – leaving products on any other place outside of the shelves can't be properly recognized.

  • For example, if the shopper puts back the product on the floor, the product might still be on the receipt, as the system tracks shopping interactions only with gondolas and shelves.
