Receipts

Allowing all customers to receive their receipts

  • Closing the store:

    • Confirm in the event ticket raised in AiFi Service Desk that the event is over, and the store is closed.
    • On-site parties/team to complete a visual check of the payment terminals to confirm the following:
      • Terminals have returned to the Adyen, FreedomPay, or PayPal logo, which means that they have been successfully returned to idle state. (Don't unplug the terminals from their power source or outlet).
    • Validate in AiFi Console, that there are transactions in queue that should show through venue closing time (in Draft, or other statuses).
    • If any concerns observed, comment in the event ticket raised before the event in AiFi Service Desk.
  • Transactional issues and customer complaints:

    • In case of any transactional issues or customer complaints in the days after the event, please raise them in separate tickets via AiFi Service Desk.
    • Our First Line Support and Technical Operations Engineers will assist you in troubleshooting any experienced issues.
