Product image requirements

Planogram Management​

To ensure proper recognition of items, each product must have its own product image uploaded in line with the following requirements:

  • 2D is enough, no need for 3D images.
  • Minimum 600x600px, white background, and good lighting, no shades – preferable official product snapshot.
  • Image must present the product identical to what's sold in the store, usually from the front.
  • If the product is sold as one piece, only one piece should be visible in the image.
  • Images of grouped items can be used only for products sold as group packaged items.
