Placement of similar products

If two or more products placed on the same shelf have similar packaging or a color, this might sometimes lead to errors in recognizing the correct one – in such case, try to place them with a differently colored item in between. This can help in distinguishing the different sizes of the beverages.

In the example below, products can arranged differently for easier recognition: the Red Bull 250ml could be in Bin 1 and Red Bull 355ml in Bin 4 – with other colours in-between them. The same principle has been applied in the correct photo, where two “yellow” items were separated by a “blue” one.
