Assisted Entry

Employees shouldn't let the shoppers or 3rd parties enter the store without authorization.

Each shopper or shopping group needs to validate before entering – avoiding to do so will impact the sessions in progress and lead to increased latency and lower accuracy.

Any 3rd party (technician, other employee, etc.) should validate either themselves or enter the store with the employee as a group, using the employee’s credentials.
