Store Operations

• Activities that should be avoided to not affect the processing of customer receipts:

  • Performing the replenishment/restocking in the time of increased traffic and for the gondolas that customers might be interacting with – please do so before the event or in the time of low traffic.
  • Placing products outside of the specified fixtures – pickups of such products won't be added to receipts.

• Remember to always update the store planogram in the Operations App whenever there is any change of the product placement before the event.
