Store Operations

As an employee working in an autonomous store, to purchase products:

  1. Exit the store if you were inside, to close the employee session.
  2. Enter/authorize as a customer (not employee or with a door key or QR!).
  3. Pick up the products and exit the store to close the customer session.
  4. Enter again with Employee App to be recognized as an employee again.
  • This way, the shopping sessions are checked out correctly, and the next entry is recognized as an employee session.
  • Shopping as a customer and staying inside to do stock management will lead to such sessions being marked as employee sessions.
