Store Operations

  • Activities that should be avoided as they might lead to receipt errors and increased latency:
    • Taking products from customers – such product won't be removed from the shoppers' cart, customers need to put the products back to the shelves by themselves.
    • Passing products to customers – such product won't be added to the shopper's cart, customers need to pick up products from the shelves by themselves.
    • Opening doors for customers/visitors without them authorizing on entrance – such entry might lead to a session merged with employee’s entry and no receipt being issued to the customer, customers need to always validate on entrance.
