As an employee entering the store, always scan the QR code from Operations App to properly activate employee’s session on entry.

Don't enter with door key, as such session won't be recognized as employee session – but as an unbound shopper/tailgating attempt. Such sessions might be merged with customer sessions and lead to empty receipts.

Employees/visitors entering and exiting through the front door without authorization might affect the processing of customer receipts and sometimes lead to receipt errors (merged sessions).
