Getting to know the app​

Create account​

Operations App accounts for your organization can be created through AiFi Console > Settings > Ops App Users page. Required user roles to access the page: List/Create Operations App Users.

Submit a Service Desk ticket here if you don't see this page and would like to have user roles added to your account.

  1. Add a new user: Click on "+Add" button to start creating a new account. Input user email (where user will receive invitation email) and select roles that user needs to have.
  2. User roles: By default, all OpsApp users can generate employee entry QR code, browse products, edit planograms, update product images. You can also grant them roles to: Manage Products (Add new and edit existing products), Manage Gondolas (Edit quantity and height of the shelves on each gondola). Once selected, click "Add" to send account creation email to user.
  3. Account creation: User will receive an email asking to set up their account. Upon clicking the link, they will be directed to a page where they can set the password.
  4. Login: Once the password is set, they're now ready to log in to the app!

Password reset​

Password reset can be triggered by organization administrator in AiFi Console > Settings > Ops App Users page. Required user roles to access the page: List/Edit Operations App Users.

  1. Open user details: Select the user you'd like to reset password for.
  2. Reset password: Click on the "Reset password" button. User will receive an email with a link to password reset site.
  3. Set new password: Upon clicking the received link, user will be able to set a new password to log in again.

User removal​

Account removal can be triggered by organization administrator in AiFi Console > Settings > Ops App Users page. Required user roles to access the page: List/Remove Operations App Users.

  1. Open user details: Select the user you'd like to reset password for.
  2. Remove account: Click on the "Remove user" button and confirm action. User will have their access removed.
