Multiple retailer accounts​

The Operations App supports multiple retailer accounts. If your account is linked to more than one organization, you’ll be able to access and select spaces (stores) from all organizations you’re authorized for.

When selecting a space (store), you’ll see its status indicated by color. You can find a description of each status in the More Section Overview.

How to enter the space?​

From this screen, you can also generate an Employee QR code to enter the space. Click on Enter space with QR Code button, and scan the generated QR Code on the QR Scanner at the entrance of the space to open its door.

This option is available in stores equipped with QR readers for employee entry. If you wish to support it in your store, please contact AiFi Support.
