A platform or interface provided by AiFi.

Account Manager​

AiFi manager responsible for the overall business relationship with a retailer account, objectives include growing store count.

Annotation​

The process by which operators provide identifying information for transactions which serve to train AiFi’s AI system.

Architectural drawings​

The set of drawings AiFi requests from retailers provides key details on a prospective space. A key element of the architectural drawing package is the reflective ceiling plan which identifies all relevant characteristics of the ceiling, including placements of lights, vents, and other items which could impact camera placement.
