This page contains the release notes for each version of AiFi Console.

AiFi Console 1.42

Release Date: 2026-01-09

Updates

  • New Payment Performance Metrics We’ve updated how Total Revenue and Unpaid values are calculated to more accurately reflect what was collected and what couldn't be collected during the payment process. We’ve also introduced new lifecycle metrics (Partially Collected, Authorized, Recovering) to provide full transparency into payment outcomes and recovery attempts. Payment Reporting Update – Jan 2026

  • New Sales by Card Brand Report A new report is now available to track sales and key payment performance metrics across card brands used by customers. This allows retailers to better understand card mix, performance differences, and payment behavior.

  • Externally Added Items Externally Added Items (“artificial” items added via external integrations or cart mutators—such as deposits or surcharges) no longer contribute to Total Items Sold in the Metrics and Reports pages. These items are now flagged and reported separately for better clarity and reconciliation.

AiFi Console 1.38

AiFi Console 1.37

Features

  • Enhanced Gondola Enable/Disable- You can now access the complete list of your gondolas, review their details, and enable or disable them directly from the Console. A new changelog provides full transparency by recording who enabled or disabled each gondola

    Note: This feature is gated behind the new permission “Enable/disable gondola”. Make sure the user has it assigned to access the toggle.

    The enable/disable functionality is also available in the new Operations App, giving operators full control while in the store.

AiFi Console 1.33

Features

  • Webhooks configuration - webhooks make it possible to integrate AiFi with external systems and receive real-time notifications whenever key events occur.

AiFi Console 1.30

Features

  • Tax Summary Report - easily track taxes collected with the new Tax Summary report. View totals by tax name and rate for any selected timeframe.

Updates

  • Main Menu Improvements - we’ve updated the main menu to improve navigation and prepare for upcoming features.

Fixes

  • Longer Time Range in Metrics - you can now view and filter metrics for more than 3 months at a time, making it easier to spot long-term trends.
  • Transaction Details Expanded by Default - section now open again by default to make it easier to find the transaction ID without extra clicks.

AiFi Console 1.29

Features

  • Unified Time Zone & Date Range Selector - We’ve streamlined the experience in the Orders, Metrics, Sessions and Reports sections by introducing a combined time zone and date range selector. This update makes it easier to explore and present data across different time zones, while also improving usability and saving screen space.

AiFi Console 1.24

Release Date: 2024-12-11

Features

  • Payment Information on Order Details - we've exposed additional payment information on Order Details, allowing to identify when the transaction happened, if there was failure in completing the transaction and if the transaction was refunded.
  • Customer Information on Order Details - we've exposed additional Customer information on Order Details, allowing to view metadata of the Customer if the Customer registered their mail or phone (either through Customer App, WebReceipt or on Entry Screen). This information is available only to Retailer's users with additional "View customer data" role. If you'd like to grant this role to your users, please contact your administrator or reach out to AiFi Support.

AC1.24-order-details

  • Items Count on Order List - we've added Items Count column to Orders List that displays quantity of items purchased in each Order. Orders can be now filtered by Min and Max Items Count. Note: supported from OASIS API version >=2.151.1.

  • Filtering Order by Session ID - we've added ability to search orders by Session ID generated during Customer's authorization on entry.

AiFi Console 1.23

Release Date: 2024-11-26

Features

  • Products Bulk Upload - added support for updating Tax ID (AiFi Taxes) and Deposits when uploading products in bulk. Note: Taxes and Deposits need to be enabled for the Retailer as a part of AiFi Commerce for these new columns to be visible in export/upload file.
  • Testing Sessions - added links to orders linked with the completed test cases.

Fixes

  • Improve instructions and tiles in Metrics
  • Reduce amount of API calls per second sent during product bulk upload to mitigate timeout issues

AiFi Console 1.21

Release Date: 2024-11-14

Features

  • AiFi Reports - we've changed the way filtering by store works - now, if no store is selected from a dropdown, an export will contain data for all stores. Previously, to export data for all stores, they had to be manually selected.

Fixes

  • AiFi Reports - we've fixed the issue with timezones in the exported reports - despite filtering the data by user's timezone, the timestamps in exported reports were in UTC. After the change, the data exported is in the timezone of the user performing the export.
  • Test Generation (Activations) - we've fixed the issue with users not being able to generate testing sessions despite not hitting the daily limit.

AiFi Console 1.20

Release Date: 2024-10-17

Features

  • AiFi Deposits - Retailers can now configure deposit fees for their products! We've implemented a new page under settings that allows to configure product deposits (e.g. bottle deposits) and select which products should use these deposits. The feature is available only for retailers that have the Deposits service enabled.
  • AiFi Metrics - we've added new metrics in the revenue and receipts sections: Net Sales, Taxes, Unpaid, Refunded, Completed Receipts. Note: new metrics require Cloud API version >=2.149.0.
  • Added links to AiFi Documentation page and AiFi Support portal in the footer.

AiFi Console 1.19

  • Added a new report type - Sales per Store - that allows retailers to compare key sales metrics between stores in the selected timeframe

AiFi Console 1.18

AiFi Console 1.17

  • Allow to open product details from order / receipt details
  • Formalize test case levels (L1-L5 / custom)
  • Preserve applied list filters when navigating through breadcrumbs (between details and list pages)

  • Restore AiFi Metrics page for clients on OASIS 5.2.52+

AiFi Console 1.16

Release Date: 2024-07-12

Features

  • AiFi Taxes - set up default tax rate, tax overrides and assign them to products through AiFi Console. Select tax rate on the product details page. Requires AiFi as a tax provider and deployment of AiFi's tax calculator, available from OASIS 5.3.

  • Timezone information displayed in Metrics and Reports pages ("Filter results in the timezone of your device"). Improved filtering of Metrics and Reports based on conversion of local time to UTC timezone.

  • Quick edit of products - users can now edit product attributes, e.g. price, from a modal, not leaving the product list / page / filtered results.

  • Planogram import from file accessible to users with Import planograms role.

  • Tests generation in LIVE stores accessible to users with list / create testing sessions roles.

Fixes

  • Display product and order prices with correct taxes in receipts based on retailer's configuration (prices include/exclude tax).
  • Adjust image preview in product detail page.
  • Enable case insensitive search of retailers.

AiFi Console 1.14

Release Date: 2024-05-27

Features

  • Multi-retailer assignment of external users - allowing users with "assign internal users to retailers" role to add their organization members to additional retailers (but only those to which they also have access). This allows to easier manage multi-retailer organizations/accounts.
  • Planogram upload - allowing users with Import Planogram role to upload planogram from file in Store > Operations > Planogram tab.
  • Increase product list export/import limit from 1000 to 5000 products (rows).
  • Increase reports export limit from 5k to 100k rows
  • Add new component with searchable displayable store name and internal store id across all lists/pages to allow for searching by both values.
  • Improve UX of viewing video cases on order details by clicking on case instead of video icon.

AiFi Console 1.13

Release Date: 2024-04-22

Features

  • Include more metadata in order details tables: Customer ID, Draft Created, Order Completed, Session ID (internal only)
  • Display subtotal price in order receipt
  • Allow toggling and repositioning columns in tables (orders, products, stores)
  • Allow to filter orders by customer role (customer, employee, tester)

AiFi Console 1.12

Release Date: 2024-04-08

Features

  • Introduced planogram visualization and export feature on the Store - Operations page.
  • Added the ability to edit the external ID of a product on the product's detail page.
  • Enabled report exports by selecting just one day.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where reports appeared empty after changing the displayable store name.
  • Resolved an issue with product bulk imports from CSV files generated by Numbers.
